Refund & Return Policy

1. No refund after delivery

Because our source code, themes and digital files can be downloaded, copied and used instantly, we are not able to offer refunds or returns once a product has been delivered. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. When we may offer a refund

We will consider a refund only in the following limited cases:

• You were charged twice for the same product due to a payment-gateway error.
• The product file is genuinely corrupted or broken and our support team is unable to deliver a working copy within a reasonable time.
• The product was clearly misrepresented on the website (not matching its description) and our support team confirms the discrepancy.

In all such cases, the request must be raised within 7 days of purchase, along with proof and order details.

3. Cases not eligible for a refund

• You changed your mind after purchase.
• You purchased the wrong product by mistake.
• The product does not match your custom requirements, expectations, or your specific hosting environment.
• You are unable to install the product yourself (we provide documentation; installation support is available on request).
• You have already downloaded the product.

4. How to request a refund

If your situation falls under section 2 above, please email hello@avinitech.com with:

• Your order ID and registered email.
• A clear description of the issue with screenshots / logs.

Our team will respond within 3–5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — most issues can be resolved quickly through direct support.
