1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Avini Tech Matrix website and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Products & licensing

• All source code and themes are provided under a single-buyer, lifetime license for use in your own projects.
• You may not resell, redistribute or repackage the source code as-is to third parties.
• You may modify the code and use it in unlimited client / commercial projects.

3. Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Payments are processed by trusted gateways; we do not store card details.

4. Delivery

After successful payment, a secure time-limited download link is generated automatically. Delivery is digital and instant.

5. Refunds

Please review our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Once a digital product is delivered, it is generally non-refundable.

6. Support

Each purchase includes 6 months of basic email support for bug fixes and installation help. Custom feature development is billed separately.

7. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos and copyrights remain the property of Avini Tech Matrix Innovations LLP.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in our registered office location.
